Dallas Cowboys “Co-Owner” For a Week Sweepstakes

  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
  2. TO ENTER. The Sweepstakes will be conducted between 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on September 7, 2009 and 11:59 p.m. ET on December 26, 2009 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes Period will be divided into the following eight (8) entry periods, each an "Entry Period":

    (a) 9:00am ET on Sept. 7, 2009 - 11:59:59pm ET on Sept. 12, 2009 ("Entry Period 1")
    (b) 12:00am ET on Sept. 13, 2009 - 11:59:59pm ET on Sept. 19, 2009 ("Entry Period 2")

    All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on December 26, 2009. Limit one (1) entry per person per Entry Period. Multiple entries received from any person after the first entry received from that person in the same Entry Period will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void. Once submitted, all entries become the exclusive property of American Airlines, Inc. ("Sponsor") and will not be acknowledged nor will they be returned. Entry form must be completed in order to be valid and must include first name/last name preferred phone number to call, date of birth, email address, home phone number or mobile phone number. Entrants must answer phone first time called or will no longer be eligible to win a prize.
  3. PRIZE DETAILS. One (1) Prize will be awarded for each Entry Period, which includes the following: (i) Two (2) tickets to a Dallas Cowboys regular season game at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas, (game determined in the sole discretion of the Sponsor) (ii) Pre-game field access for winner and guest; (iii) a one (1) year Admirals® Club membership. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Prize is $1,750. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of such prize will not be awarded. Admirals Club membership may be subject to certain terms and conditions. Winners are responsible for their own transportation to and from the Cowboys Stadium for the Game. Tickets for the Game are subject to terms and conditions specified on the back of the ticket. Seat locations are subject to Sponsor's sole discretion. Winner and guest must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result is forfeiture of applicable prize element. Sponsor and the applicable NFL Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to Winner and/or guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or mutilated tickets. Game dates and times determined in the sole discretion of the NFL Entities and are subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as prizes will govern in the event a legal game, exhibition or event, as defined by the NFL Entities, is not played due to weather, or there exists a "Force Majeure Event", which shall be defined as a delay or failure caused by acts of God, war, terrorism or threats of terrorism, natural disaster, strike, lockout, labor dispute, work stoppage, fire, third-party criminal act, quarantine restriction, act of government, civil disturbance or other events outside of the reasonable control of a Party, outside their control that may cause the cancellation of NFL game. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Prize is non-transferable. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for all costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the prize, including any federal, state and local taxes as well as transportation to and from the games. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.
  4. DRAWING AND AWARDING OF PRIZES. Random drawings will be conducted according to the following schedule from among all eligible entries received during such Entry Period:

    Entry Period 2 Drawing: Sunday, September 20, 2009
    Entry Period 3 Drawing: Sunday, October 18, 2009
    Entry Period 4 Drawing: Sunday, October 25, 2009
    Entry Period 5 Drawing: Sunday, November 15, 2009
    Entry Period 6 Drawing: Thursday, November 19, 2009
    Entry Period 7 Drawing: Sunday, December 6, 2009
    Entry Period 8 Drawing: Sunday, December 27, 2009

    Sponsor's independent judging organization ("Administrator") will select one (1) potential winner in each random drawing of all entries received during such Entry Period. During the Sweepstakes Period, a total of eight (8) winners will be randomly selected. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received during such Entry Period. The Administrator's decisions will be final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. The potential winners will be notified by phone within twenty-four (24) hours of the drawing. If the potential winner is not reached on first attempt (no message will be left), prize will be forfeited and such potential winner will be eliminated and an alternate winner selected by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. The potential winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility which affirms that he/she has complied with these rules as well as a liability release, and where legal, a publicity release, each of which, if issued, must be completed, signed and returned within twenty four (24) hours of issuance, or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner at Sponsor's discretion. If any prize, prize notification or attempted notification is returned as undeliverable or the phone call is not answered, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's' consent to use of his/her name and/or photograph without further compensation for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes by Sponsor(s). By accepting prize, each winner acknowledges compliance with these official rules. If a potential winner is an eligible minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winner set forth herein.
  5. ODDS. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
  6. ELIGIBILITY. Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of the Sweepstakes. Employees and agents of Sponsor, Administrator, Octagon, Inc., Pro-Silver Star, Ltd., Dallas Cowboys Football Club, Ltd and all affiliates, NFL Entities (as described below) and each of their parents and affiliates, agencies, distributors, wholesalers and retailers, and members of such employees' immediate families and individuals living in the same household with such employees, are not eligible to win. The "NFL Entities" shall mean The National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and/or Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.
  7. ADMIRALS CLUB® MEMBERSHIP TERMS. Membership is open to all persons 18 years of age or older. Membership is non-transferable. Use of the Admirals Club® facilities is subject to all rules and conditions set by American Airlines, Inc., including, without limitation, all policies set forth in our terms and condition, which is located at www.aa.com/admirals and click on terms and conditions.. American reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions at any time without notice. American reserves the right to restrict, alter or modify the fees, amenities, services, facility hours or locations at any time without written notice. Rules and policies applicable to airline lounges operated by other airlines with which we have reciprocal access arrangements are determined by the operating airline and must be observed when visiting these reciprocal lounges. American Airlines is not responsible for products or services separately offered by third parties and made available at Admirals Club® facilities. American reserves the right to terminate membership, deny membership, or remove any member or visitor for inappropriate conduct, including, but not limited to, conduct that is disruptive, abusive or violent, or for failing to comply with membership terms and conditions. Such termination, denial or removal may occur at any time.
  8. USE OF DATA. Sponsor will be collecting personal data about participants online, in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review the Sponsor's privacy policy at www.aa.com/privacy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor's collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor's privacy policy. The winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.
  9. TAXES. Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to the Sponsor, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes. Winners must provide the Sponsor with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. Winner will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.
  10. OTHER CONDITIONS. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this sweepstakes or any portion hereof, or to disqualify any individual implicated in any of the following actions, if for any reason: (a) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in Sponsor's sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, (b) the sweepstakes or any website associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper processing of entries per these rules, or (c) the sweepstakes is otherwise not capable of running as planned by Sponsor(s). Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, Pro Silver Star, Ltd., Dallas Cowboys Football Club, Ltd. and all affiliates etc, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotional agencies, wholesalers and retailers, and each of the foregoing entities' employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents (collectively the "Released Parties"), from and against any and all claims, actions and/or liability for any injuries or death, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in and/or entry into the sweepstakes or acceptance, use or misuse of any prize. The Released Parties are not responsible or liable for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes and assume no responsibility for (i) any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in operation or transmission at any website, (ii) failure of any entry to be received by Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, (iii) communications line, hardware and/or software failures, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, (iv) damage to any computer (software or hardware) resulting from participation in the sweepstakes, (v) theft or destruction of, tampering with, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries and/or entry information, or (vi) entries which are late, lost, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, garbled, damaged, illegible, unintelligible and/or postage due (or any combination thereof). The use of third-party software or website or automated entry systems to participate is prohibited, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries made in such fashion. By entering, entrants agree to comply with these rules. Any entrant who attempts to tamper with this sweepstakes in any way shall be disqualified. In the event of dispute as to who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address in question. Additional restrictions may apply. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the sweepstakes or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.
  11. DISPUTES. Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas or the appropriate Texas State Court located in Fort Worth, Texas; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas.
  12.
